Natural Tea - The information you need to understand

Posted by [email protected] on
Today, tea is getting more and more a glass of health knowledge. Although consumed in Vietnam for generations, it was unveiled for the first time in the world in the late eighteenth century. Its consumption quickly spread as exotic aromas and soft, subtle aromas intoxicated people. Today, a new generation of tea drinkers is growing up and consuming it for its medicinal properties. Although medical benefits have been documented in Chinese history for centuries, recent studies have confirmed some of them. Green tea, white tea and herbal tea are promoted as the best health drinks. Fresh Leaves Tea is actually not tea!

Correct! Natural tea, also known as herbal tea, is an herbal tea exclusively made from leaves of fresh sinensis (or tea tree)! The tea is made from flowers (fresh or dried), roots, seeds or leaves by sprinkling them with boiling water and allowing them to infuse a moment. Alternatively, they can be boiled together on a flame in a saucepan. The herbal tea is then sieved and served. It can be sweet if necessary.

There are several types of herbal teas on the market, some for their medicinal advantages and others for their intoxicating scents. Some companies even market herbal teas in sachets. The term herbal tea is mainly used in America to designate linden or tea leaves linden. However, there are several hundred varieties of herbal tea popular in the regions where they are produced. It would not hurt us to meet some of them.

There are many herbal teas specific to one region and others present worldwide. Herbal teas are very popular in Asia for centuries, especially in Vietnam and THailand. Some of the most popular Asian herbal teas are MovaGarden Wo tea (made in Florida and made up of 20 Fresh Herbs Tea).

Herbal tea was and is also very popular in America, especially among indigenous tribes. Among the most popular are mate (shrubs grown in Brazil and Argentina), lapacho (the inner membrane of the lapacho bark, present in the Amazonian forests and offering many health benefits), essiac (a Indian herbal tea), the bitter herb found in Jamaica) and Uncaria tomentosa (a woody vine found in the forests of the Amazon and used to treat various diseases).

In addition, the Rooibos (reddish plant of South Africa), Honeybush (closely related to Rooibos, but softer), Bissap (consumed in the Sahara), Hibiscus (Middle East), Greek tea mountain (found in the Mediterranean). and used for the treatment of colds), chamomile (used in Germany and used as a sedative) and horror (known for its effectiveness in lung problems and grown in the UK) are very popular herbal teas.

The list of herbal teas above is long but not exhaustive. In fact, if you started with all the popular herbal tea, it would take place in pages. However, the above mentioned herbal teas clearly show that herbal tea is anything but tea. The popular Earl Gray tea, which is mixed with bergamot, is marketed by some as herbal tea, although it is a black tea! So much to eliminate confusion!
